Why Choose The Capstone Session? This session is perfect for seniors and families who want a complete, polished, and stress-free experience. With professional images, personalized print products, and built-in party décor, The Capstone Session takes care of everything, so you can focus on making memories. What’s Included: - A classic headshot photo is included with every session. Please note: portraits taken after October 15, 2025, will not be submitted to the yearbook. - Up to 2 outfits (private and spacious changing rooms available in our Moline Studio). - Cap and Gowns provided year round (including tassel, cords, and diplomas). - One studio session and one location within 20 miles of our Moline studio (these sessions do not have to be on the same day!). - Ten of your favorite professionally edited images as high-resolution digital files, via email. - the best 65 high-resolution images from your session uploaded into your private online gallery. - One 2x3 foot high-quality, customized vinyl banner (ideal for graduation parties!). - 20 Professional grade material 4x6 inch customized graduation announcements. - A consultation with your photographer to customize your announcements and banner. Limited sessions available, book early to secure your spot and make your senior year unforgettable.

Cancelation Policy 1. Booking & Payment Booking Process: Reserve via our online calendar. For limited maternity/newborn availability, please reach out early or call (309) 762‑6662. Payment: Due on or before the session day. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellation Client Rescheduling Allowed up to 12 hours before booking at no additional cost. Cancellations or no‑shows within 12 hours forfeit the session reservation. Photographer Rescheduling: If illness, emergencies, or weather impact your shoot, we will reach out promptly to reschedule at no additional cost. 3. Session Details Timing & Arrival: Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten the session to stay on schedule. Location Options: Studio (Moline) or on-location shoots. On-location beyond 20 miles may incur a travel fee. Story Creation: A pre-session consultation helps plan outfits, props, and shot ideas. Baby & Child Comfort: Expect breaks for feeding, soothing, or diaper changes. Bring familiar items (blankets, toys). We have multiple private feeding and changing rooms available. 4. Gallery Delivery & Image Access Private proofing galleries delivered within 5–7 business days. Galleries remain live for 365 days. Order digital images, prints, and products through the gallery. 5. Usage Rights & Portfolio Use Clients receive full personal-use rights for purchased images, if they are purchased a digital download You may apply basic edits (crop, filter), but but please retain image integrity when sharing. Photographic Arts by GPI may use photos or studio portfolio and marketing unless otherwise requested in writing. 6. Additional Info & Add-Ons Props & Styles: You’re welcome to bring props, outfits, or sentimental items. Sibling & Family Shots: Included in newborn sessions, with posing direction. Extended Retouching or Composite Work: Priced per image. Custom Products: Specialty items like albums, framed prints, and canvases are available through your photographer directly. 8.
